Nashville will be in the spotlight Monday, April 11 as the 2005 CMT Music Awards take center stage. Country music's only fan-voted awards show, and the only country awards being held in Nashville this year, will honor the biggest videos of 2005. We'll take an upclose look at some of the night's biggest nominees, including Toby Keith and Kenny Chesney, as we prepare for the big night. The 2005 CMT Music Awards will be hosted by comedian Jeff Foxworthy, who is the subject of CMT's most recent CMT Insider Special Edition. The special, hosted by our own Katie Cook, will feature a personal interview with the comic talking about his life and career. We'll take a sneak peek at the interview and look ahead to his hosting duties. In tribute of Johnny Cash's important impact on the music world, CMT presents a special Visionary Award in his honor each year to an artist who exemplifies what Cash perfected -- a vision.
