First, the chefs must flip the ingredients of bread pudding into a spicy high-end dinner. Next, chefs play Spree Ball to determine which pepper they must feature in their signature spicy dish. Then, the final two must make a spicy guilty pleasure using four ingredients with pepper in their name, with the hottest chef winning up to $20,000
