Food Network chefs Chris Cosentino and Aaron Sanchez are touching down in Washington D.C., where Chris began his cooking career. Ready to ruin the homecoming are uber-tough local chefs Terrell Danely and Ryan Gordon. A fist full of food challenges will test their culinary skills as they race to replicate a $400 sugar sculpture, build a tantalizing tower of Mediterranean Shawarma, and get down to earth with cedar plank salmon. But before they cross the finish line, they'll need to literally choke down a Century Egg, a Chinese delicacy you've got to see (and smell) to believe.
