Host Eric Adjepong welcomes three talented shellfish experts from Louisiana, Maine and Hawaii to challenge Chef Alex Guarnaschelli in two intense rounds of cooking. In round one, the chefs seal their fate by choosing the ingredients they and Alex will cook with. One chef is eliminated before round two, where they have the chance to win up to $15,000 if they can win over judges Tiffani Faison and Tetsu Yahagi and defeat Chef Alex.
