It is in Quintenas, in Ardèche, that Anthony called upon the chef Philippe Etchebest. A year and a half ago, Anthony took over the reins of a traditional cuisine restaurant on a whim, but, alone at the head of the establishment and at the stove, Anthony was drowning in problems. Self-taught and without any experience in business management, he even had to call upon his mother on a daily basis to support him. The latter does not hesitate to travel 200km to help her son! But in spite of this, since the opening, the debts are piling up and the restaurant keeps emptying itself of its customers. According to Anaïs, the waitress, this is due to the bad reputation of the boss, who is said to have a temper!
