Siu Kai sends killer to crash Choi with a car and pretends that it is an traffic accident. Siu Kai supports himself as the leader after Choi's death. Leung and Ki understand that there is something strange for Choi's death. They suspect that Choi is murdered by Kai. Therefore, they collect evidence so as to arrest Kai.
