Customer service supervisor Mike Carr has to tell an inebriated passenger that too much Christmas spirit can be a bad thing. Supervisor Yolanda confronts an angry flyer who's lost his paper ticket and refuses to buy another. And assistant station manager Ginny Bona nearly puts two unaccompanied minors on the wrong plane.
