Elisabeth Johansson is a confectioner, chef, food stylist and cookbook author and has worked for many years as a restaurant confectioner and development baker. She is an internationally recognized pastry chef and is a member of the jury for the two prestigious competitions Chef of the Year and Pastry Chef of the Year.
